About our Client: US based Design and Engineering company, specializes in developing plans for single family homes, multi residential and commercial. Their comprehensive services encompass architectural design, engineering solutions, and integrated plan management.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Architectural Designer to join team of our Client. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and plan architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects, including custom homes, alterations, and commercial spaces.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit software.

• Conduct virtual site assessments and gather necessary information for design development.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate successful project execution.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of design and building constraints.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to quickly learn local building standards and codes.

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Friday 11:00 PM — 08:00 AM PST (08:00 AM — 05:00 PM Kyiv time)
